Facilitation & Training
Facilitation and training are at the heart of Barb’s work. She designs and leads sessions that help groups communicate openly, explore perspectives, and make decisions that matter. Her methods create participatory environments where people feel heard, respected, and engaged — whether in-person or online.
Barb also provides training in facilitation, leadership, and group process skills. Participants learn practical tools, proven methods, and adaptable approaches they can use immediately in their own work. Every session blends clarity, structure, and her signature focus, fervour, and fun.

Barb brings decades of experience helping organizations create strategic and operational plans that are realistic, motivating, and actionable. She guides groups through processes that build shared understanding, strengthen alignment, and clarify priorities for the future. Her facilitation ensures that planning conversations are inclusive, productive, and grounded in the organization’s real context.
Whether you need a one‑page plan or a comprehensive multi‑year strategy, Barb helps teams articulate their desired future and map out the steps to get there. Organizations consistently report that the plans she facilitates don’t sit on a shelf — they guide decisions, actions, and long‑term momentum.
Barb designs team‑building sessions that strengthen relationships, deepen trust, and improve communication. Using models such as the Better Teams framework, she helps teams understand their strengths, identify opportunities, and build the conditions needed for effective collaboration. Her sessions are interactive, energizing, and tailored to the team’s unique needs.
Team building with Barb goes beyond activities — it’s about creating shared language, improving alignment, and supporting teams in working together with greater confidence.
